ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
Prior to your arrival, kindly contact VIP Wolf Parking at 07863 249323 at least 20 minutes in advance. Upon reaching the airport, please proceed to the DROP & GO car park located just behind the terminal. A designated VIP Wolf Parking driver will be present to assist you. Adherence to airport regulations is crucial, and drivers cannot exceed a 10-minute wait in the DROP & GO car park; any delay beyond this period will result in additional charges borne by you. Promptly inform VIP Wolf Parking if you anticipate an earlier or later arrival than indicated on your booking form.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Upon your return to the airport, retrieve your baggage, clear customs, and contact VIP Wolf Parking. A VIP Wolf Parking driver will be dispatched to the same DROP & GO car park with your vehicle. Please note that adherence to airport regulations requires drivers to limit their wait time to 10 minutes in the DROP & GO car park; exceeding this limit will result in additional charges payable by you.
CANCELLATION/COMPLAINTS
A 15% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover administration costs in the event of a cancellation.
VIP Wolf Parking does not accept responsibility for any mechanical or electrical failure to vehicles whilst in its custody. Nor will the company accept responsibility for damaged or punctured tyres & wheels or damaged glass (mirrors / windscreen etc)
Dents with a diameter of less than 3cm / 30mm or scratches less than 3cm / 30mm are not considered as damage as per BVRLA standards.
Any light scratches that have not breached the paint work are also not considered as damage.
Any claim for damage to a vehicle must be pointed out to the driver or phoned through IMMEDIATELY on return of vehicle whilst you are still in the airport car park. Claims outside of the car park, unfortunately cannot be considered.
In the unlikely event of any damage to your vehicle you will need to forward our office with a picture of the claimed damage whilst you are in the airport car park. Along with this you will also need to provide the pictures you took prior to dropping off the vehicle. At least one of which must include our staff member who collected your car either next to, or inside of it.
We, VIP Wolf Parking, do our upmost to ensure damage doesn’t occur whilst in our care so we do not accept any liability for customers failing to photograph the vehicle prior to your departure.
VERY IMPORTANT
Kindly double-check your return date and time. In the event of an error exceeding more than a day in your provided return information, a minimum charge of £20 will be incurred and must be paid in cash locally. All vehicles are arranged in compounds based on the time and date specified on your booking forms. Notify us promptly of any inaccuracies to avoid additional charges.
If you made a booking less than 12 hours before your scheduled arrival time, please inform our drivers, by calling to 07863 249323, in advance. For same-day bookings, an additional charge of £20 will be applied and payable to the driver.
